Isa, also known as The Founder, is a supporting character in Minecraft: Story Mode Season One. She runs Sky City who had a law against building, for the sake of the greater good. She also gave allowances of certain items on specific days, which were the only days her subjects would be able to obtain these items. Isa believed there is void below her city, which explains why she restricted unauthorized building, and why citizens would get certain items on their allowance days.
She is portrayed by Melissa Hutchinson and made her first appearance in "Order Up!".

Isa appears to be a mature, dominant woman with black hair who wears a long golden gown with a white rope belt and a platinum gold circlet decorated with a marigold orange gem. (recolored black in the netflix edition of the game) She has moss green eyes (recolored black) and green eyeshadow smeared around her eyes. She is the strict ruler of Sky City and is responsible for her citizens and what they craft, build, and smelt.
She appears again briefly during a flashback in the intro of "Hero in Residence", her usual circlet is decorated with a violet gem in the center instead.

Isa is portrayed to be a dominant and a strict controlling character who likes to be in charge, At the beginning, her intentions seem unclear and cruel. However, as the story progresses, Isa proves otherwise.She becomes supportive of Jesse and their friends. She is also a great martial artist, duelist, and builder. Jesse can even choose to say to Milo that Isa's heart is in the right place.
Despite her harsh motivations at first, Isa deeply cares about the safety of her people. As seen when she was pushed off of Sky City, she was fast to react to save them.
